This time let’s go to Cavall verd. Hiking will star in village of benilloba.

LEVEL: Medium!

Only little more than 7 km in length with a peak of 800 metres in height it doesn’t seem to be one of the great mountains of the Costa Blanca. Yet there, hidden within lie the echoes of one of the most terrible tales in our history.

We pass through gorgeous almond groves and cherry blossom orchards as we ascend the mountain´s crest in search of the flight of the Golden eagles and Red-billed chough. From here we have the most spectacular views with the Mediterranean sea always at the background.

Our hike takes us into the most beautiful area and is not to be missed. Passing through the Cavall Verd is to do so as the heart of Marina Alta.
