The Auditori Teulada Moraira is preparing to host Dolia, the eighth edition of the Oenotourism and Gastronomy Exhibition on Saturday 1 September. This year, the event will feature a special guest, who knows the town like the back of his hand. “This is where I spent my childhood, in my parents’ pizzeria, just 300 metres from here.” This is the brand new Michelin star chef Rafa Soler, head chef at Audrey’s restaurant in Calp and a native of Teulada Moraira.

This wine tourism and gastronomy show continues with its faithful commitment to the preservation of the territory and the landscape through the Muscat grape of Alexandria, whose cultivation has been the main agricultural and economic activity for many centuries in the area, as well as a source of a rich cultural tradition. The event, which is held year after year since 2011, fuses tradition and avant-garde through the chefs who pass through their kitchens.

Dolia will once again have the participation of Alberto Ferruz, two Michelin stars chef at the Bon Amb restaurant in Xàbia.

The programme of events will follow the trend of previous editions, with participatory activities for both adults and children. Thus, there will be showcookings, food and wine pairing, music and the Dolia Kids space, which will feature a recycling workshop and the presence of Mara, contestant of the fifth edition of Masterchef Junior.

As a novelty, this year the 1st Raïm de Moscatell Competition will be held on Monday 3 September in the framework of Dolia.
